NDC's MapIt : Game based learning for deaf kids
BUILDING A DEAF FIRST GAMING EXPERIENCE
Built a deaf-first experience by working with deaf users and NDC. Informed game's design and user interface with user-research. Conducted user play-tests, ran focus-groups and demos. Also, shape-shifting into dev and art roles as needed.

PREPARING USER INTERFACES FOR AN ML REVOLUTION
Machine learning carries with itself an air of complexity, of black-box-ness. Products have been making use of ML but this technology remains heavily abstracted to the end-user. The project explores the possibility of exposing ML systems to non-expert users through visualizations.

Experimental Design Tooling
AUTOMATICALLY DETECT FAT-FINGER ERROR ZONES IN YOUR DESIGNS
Brought 'code linting' paradigm from the software world into the design world. This Sketch plugin lets you 'lint' your designs to identify and flag touch targets which have been placed close enough to trigger a fat finger error. An exploration touching upon the future of design tooling and workflows.

Data Visualization for UN Global Pulse
UNDERSTANDING DATA AND DESIGNING VISUALIZATIONS
Evaluated the viability of using Wikipedia as a big data source for informing UN policies. Project involved understanding UNGP's vision and conducting a creative and exploratory analysis.
